Your challenge at Xibis
You are part of an experienced team that supports companies in the manufacturing industry with digital transformation. In this role, you analyze the needs of (potential) clients, translate them into the smart and company-wide Infor CloudSuite solution, and present these in a compelling way. You are the connecting link between sales, clients, and implementation teams.
What will you do?
- You conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, business processes and challenges.
- You translate these needs into functional solutions within Infor CloudSuite and develop proof-of-concepts or demo scenarios.
- You deliver compelling presentations and demos that highlight the business value of Infor CloudSuite.
- You advise customers strategically and build trust through in-depth expertise.
- You bring customer insights back to our implementation teams to provide feedback for optimization.
- Inspire both existing and new customers based on the latest Infor innovations in the areas of GenAI, RPA and Process Mining.
What do you bring?
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, IT, economics, Business & IT or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach and solution-oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
- Affinity with ERP software and knowledge of the discrete manufacturing industry, preferably processes such as sales (CPQ), production planning, shop floor control, engineering (PLM), logistics and projects.
- A customer-focused and commercial mindset: proactive, eager to learn and persuasive.
- Willingness to regularly visit customers on-site.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, Microsoft or Oracle.
