Your challenge as a Young Professional at Xibis
You are part of an energetic team working on the implementation of Infor CloudSuite in the manufacturing industry. You start with an intensive onboarding period during which you are trained and coached by experienced colleagues. Very quickly, you get the opportunity to participate in projects and gain hands-on experience. You help clients optimize their business processes, translate their needs into smart IT solutions, and ensure that the implementation runs smoothly.
What will you be doing?
- You analyze the needs of clients and translate these into functional solutions within Infor CloudSuite
- You implement these solutions together with your project team
- You guide and train (key) users at the client’s site
- You document the application configuration and test the implemented processes
- You support and advise our customer service team with questions or changes after go-live
What do you bring?
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, economics, Business & IT, or a similar field
- You are communicatively strong in both Dutch and English
- You have an affinity with IT and a passion for business processes
- You work analytically, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented mindset
- You are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility
- You function well within a team but can also work independently
- You are willing to travel to clients
- Some work experience or an internship with ERP systems (e.g. Infor, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) is a plus, but not a must
