At Xibis we are looking for a Technical Consultant who translates technical challenges into smart, workable solutions. As the technical point of contact for our clients, you play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions that truly make an impact.
What will you do?
- Managing and maintaining the Infor CloudSuite solution
- Analyzing technical needs and translating them into custom solutions
- Implementing updates and optimizations within the Infor CloudSuite solution for our clients
- Guiding and training clients during system implementation
- Maintaining client relationships and advising on technological improvements
- Resolving technical and functional issues and user questions
- Acting as a technical point of contact and collaborating with internal teams.
- Supporting colleagues in implementing and managing Infor CloudSuite
- Advising clients on optimizing and managing Infor CloudSuite
What do you bring?
- Experience:
- Several years of experience with (Cloud) ERP solutions, such as Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Technical knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS/Azure and experience with integrating applications within these environments
- Knowledge of REST-API/XML based integrations
- Interest in GenAI
- Communication skills: You can communicate clearly and persuasively
- Flexibility and stress resilience: You thrive in a dynamic environment
- Independence and team spirit: You enjoy working with a great deal of freedom, both independently and together with experienced colleagues
- Education/work level: completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Willingness to travel: You are flexible and willing to work on-site at clients on a regular basis
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset
