Your challenge at Xibis
As Junior Project Manager & Service Delivery Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating projects and monitoring service delivery at our clients. You support implementations, optimizations, and change processes, monitor progress, planning, and budgets, and ensure that agreed service commitments are met. You are the connecting link between clients, consultants, and management.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating and supporting implementation, optimization, and improvement projects at clients.
- Monitoring planning, budgets, risks, actions, and project progress.
- Organizing and preparing project, progress, and steering committee meetings.
- Drafting project reports, action item lists, and management reports.
- Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service performance.
- Identifying deviations and initiating improvement actions.
- Maintaining contact with clients regarding progress, services, and expectations.
- Supporting consultants and management with operational and strategic client issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A structured, analytical, and results-oriented working style.
- Interest in project management, service delivery, and client relationships.
- Affinity with IT, ERP systems, and business processes.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to maintain an overview.
- You are energetic, take initiative, and find it natural to follow up on actions and keep commitments.
- You are energized by client contact and take ownership of results.
- Ambition to grow into a role with greater responsibility.
